Current issues that a leader needs to consider when creating a work culture that supports equity and diversity will be explored. Innovative options to support a team to work effectively and collaboratively will be reviewed.
This is a non-creditable micro-credential. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a digital badge and Certificate of Completion which can be shared across social networks and displayed in a professional portfolio.
Career Opportunities
Undertaking this micro-credential enables students to meet their Continuing Professional Development obligations and industry update requirements in their profession.
