What will I learn?

This ACS in Media Strategy and Advertising introduces you to marketing and to communications strategies in advertising. Create, produce, and coordinate impactful and informative campaigns, targeting your audience across a variety of platforms. Practical internships are an important part of the program and provide authentic industry experience. Respond instantly to the needs of advertising agencies and the media from your first day on the job.

About the Program

LaSalle College Montréal's Media Strategies and Advertising program (ACS) prepares the next generation of communications professionals and enables those currently working in the industry to refresh their skills.

This training offers an initiation to the field of marketing as well as advertising and its strategies.

Entry requirements

For international students

To be eligible for acceptance into an ACS program, applicants are generally required to meet one of the following criteria:

Have interrupted their full-time studies for at least two (2) consecutive semesters or one (1) full school year; or

Have followed post-secondary studies for a period of at least one (1) year; or

Have a Secondary School Diploma (DES) or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS), and the program allows them to receive a technical training that is not available in a DCS program; or

Have an equivalent education or an instruction deemed sufficient and meet the admission criteria set for college studies.

English language requirement:

IELTS Academic: 6.5 written At least 6 for the other components

TOEFL (iBT): 24 written At least 18 for the other components

Cambridge: 170 written At least 170 in the other components

ECL: D
