What will I learn?

Complete the five core Adult Education courses — it’s possible to finish the program in as little as 5 study sessions or 18 months.

Required courses include:

  • ADED 2F90 – Foundations of Adult Education
  • ADED 2F91 – Facilitating Adult Learning Pedagogies
  • ADED 2F92 – Curriculum Design for Adult Learners
  • ADED 3F90 – Work and Learning in Organizations
  • ADED 4F90 – Research and Critical Reflection in Adult Education

Fall session courses will run from September through the beginning of December, winter classes run January to April, spring classes run April to July, and summer classes run mid-July through the end of August.

Entry requirements

For students from Hong Kong

Applicants must have Secondary school diploma, Grade 12 courses at the number and level specified for your province, A minimum average of 70%.

For international students

Applicants must have Secondary school diploma, Grade 12 courses at the number and level specified for your province, A minimum average of 70%.

English proficiency requirements

IELTS - overall 6.5, no band below 6.0

TOEFL - overall 88, no band below 21

CAEL - overall 70, no band below 60

PTE - 58

IELP Level 5 - Successful completion of Level 5 of the Brock Intensive English Language program
