Entry requirements

For international students

  • A Bachelor's degree (Level 6 MQF) in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management or other related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent as accepted by the Senate; OR
  • A Bachelor's degree (Level 6 MQF) in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management or other related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.

Candidates without a qualification or working experience in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management or other related field must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses and meet the minimum CGPA based on the above.

English Language Requirements

  • IELTS Band 5.0 or CEFR High B1 or TOEFL iBT 42 or equivalent OR
  • Exemption of English Language requirement if first language is English or the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
