Entry requirements

For international students

A 2.2 in a first degree (BEng/BSc) in a construction related discipline or equivalent international qualification or a 2.1 degree in a non-cognate discipline (or equivalent international qualification in a non-cognate discipline) but with experience in the construction industry. For applicants whose first language is not English, we accept a variety of English language tests (e.g. IELTS - 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 and they are listed on our International Entry Requirements page.
