Entry requirements

For international students

To apply for this course, you should hold at least a lower second-class honours degree in a relevant, construction discipline, such as civil engineering, architecture, surveying, construction management or facilities management. Those with substantial work experience in construction management may also be considered.

If you are an applicant whose first language is not English, the following qualifications are required:

  • An overall IELTS of 7.0 with no less than 6.5 in written English and no less than 5.5 in any other component
  • TOEFL 100 (with a minimum of 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking and 24 in Writing)
