What will I learn?

Drama and Theatre is the study of life and the human condition. Our courses offer interested students opportunities to perform, design, build, and run theatrical productions.

What will I learn?

Through courses like Acting, Theatre Appreciation, Voice and more, students learn self-expression. Students will discover the many definitions of drama and its different styles. Students will engage in the creative process and learn verbal and nonverbal communication skills.

What can I do with this course of study?

Students will be prepared to transfer to a university to pursue a baccalaureate program in drama, theatre arts, and other areas.

What's special about program?

Northeast Lakeview College is home to its very own 300 seat auditorium. Students enrolled in drama courses may perform on this stage.
