The Industrial/Organizational Psychology major is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in human resources (formerly known as personnel) departments of businesses, industries, and governmental entities and to provide a background for students wishing to pursue graduate work in industrial/organizational psychology, general psychology, or related fields.
