To be eligible for this scholarship, students must:
Be enrolled as a full-time student in any program at MacEwan University;
Be a first-year student;
Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits per term (unless on an approved reduced course load); and
Have been living in the Queen Mary Park Community (boundaries defined by City of Edmonton, currently 105 Avenue – 111 Avenue and 109 Street – 121 Street) for a minimum period of three years,
Should there be multiple applicants, GPA will be a determining factor in award selection.
Disbursement Criteria
For funds to be disbursed, successful applicants must be enrolled in a full-time course load and be in good academic standing.
Students are shortlisted based on their
Selection Committee.
Successful applicants will be notified via e-mail. Committee selections are final; appeals will not be considered.
Typically given out in the Fall term.
