In order to be awarded a 25% tuition fee scholarship through the Health and Care Futures initiative, candidates must:
be a new student holding an offer of admission for one of the following MSc or PhD degrees commencing in academic year 24/25:
MSc Advanced Biochemistry
MSc Advanced Immunology
MSc Advanced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
MSc Advanced Pharmacology
MSc Applied Statistics in Health Science (on-campus)
MSc Biomedical Sciences
MSc Cancer Therapies
MSc Digital Health Systems
MSc Advanced Drug Delivery
MSc Molecular Microbiology
MSc Neuroscience & Mental Health
MSc Pharmaceutical Analysis
PhD Biomedical Sciences (part-time)
PhD Computer & Information Sciences (part-time)
PhD Mathematics (part-time)
PhD Pharmacy (part-time)
PhD Statistics (part-time)

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria should contact for application details.
Applicants must meet all of the above eligibility criteria to be considered for a 25% tuition fee scholarship through the Health & Care Futures initiative
To receive their scholarship, awardees must enrol in Year 1 of one of the above programmes in the 2024/25 academic year and continue to meet all of the above eligibility criteria throughout their studies
The scholarship will be awarded towards the payment of a student’s tuition fee. For students studying for more than one academic year, the award will be made in each year of study, subject to academic progression
Students who defer their offer of admission will not be eligible
Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis. Awards may be allocated early in the application cycle
Students are only eligible to hold one scholarship per academic year from the University of Strathclyde
The Faculty of Science's decision on the awarding of scholarships is final. Appeals will not be considered
