Imperial College Business School is proud to partner with Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA), a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering and connecting the LGBTQ+ MBA community to drive meaningful change in the workplace and cultivate the next generation of ‘out’ leaders. By joining ROMBA, we align with over 50 top global business schools and more than 90 corporate partners committed to advancing equality in business education, the workplace, and society.

As a ROMBA Fellow, you’ll receive financial support along with access to unique opportunities, including a fellowship leadership retreat, complimentary registration for ROMBA events, and exclusive networking and professional development resources. Additionally, we provide a travel stipend to attend the fellowship leadership retreat North America in July 2025.

Recipients of this award will also take on a leadership role within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club and represent the School as part of the Student Ambassador Scheme. In this capacity, you’ll actively promote LGBTQ+ participation in MBA education and advocate for equality within the Imperial community and beyond.

Eligibility

To be considered for a fellowship, applicants will demonstrate a track record of leadership in the LGBTQ+ community as well as a commitment to ROMBA’s mission to lead the way to equality in business education, in the workplace and throughout society. Applicants will also require professional references.

The strength of the application, interview, and professional experience to date will also be considered.
