Overview
London Centre of Contemporary Music (LCCM) was established in 2002 by Geoff Hemsley and Darius Khwaja. LCCM offers higher education programmes in popular music. LCCM offers a 3-year BMus (Hons) in Music Performance and Production in partnership with with Middlesex University and a one-year HNC in Music Performance with Edexcel. LCCM has held master-classes with some of the most influential artists from modern music such as George Clinton, Fred Wesley, Randy Brecker and Boy George. LCCM offers music degrees and one-year courses in bass, composition, drums, guitar, piano, saxophone, singing, songwriting, studio production, trombone and trumpet.
