Townson University (TU) has more than 150 years of leadership advancing higher education. TU connects students to industry leaders in intimate learning environments and is one of a handful of universities in the country, and the only university in Maryland, to have no achievement gap, implying learning in an inclusive environment where all students achieve the same academic success. TU鈥檚 329-acre campus is eight miles north of Baltimore and less than an hour鈥檚 drive from Washington, D.C. The university鈥檚 strong partnerships with public and private organizations provide unique opportunities for research, internships, and jobs. Through partnerships with Maryland Community Colleges, transfer students in northeastern Maryland are given the opportunity to pursue a bachelor鈥檚 degree at TU's satellite campus in northeastern Maryland.
