The University of Delaware (UD) traces its foundation to 1743, making it one of the oldest institutions of higher education in the U.S. This long tradition of distinguished scholarship is manifested to this day in its research and creative activities. UD works closely with its colleges, as well as various external organizations and endowments, to offer overseas students of all subjects and levels the chance to finance their studies.

The University of Delaware offers rolling admissions, accepting applications year-round. For best scholarship consideration, students applying for the spring should apply between August and November. For fall application, students should apply between August and January.
