York University has a set of general admission requirements for entry to all of its programs. In addition to these requirements, a student’s program of interest may require additional prerequisite courses, minimum grades and/or a supplementary application component like a video interview, audition, or portfolio review. Courses and programs are offered in different languages depending on the campus where they are taught. Keele Campus offers English speaking courses and Glendon Campus offers French and English learning opportunities in a multilingual environment. The university offers conditional admission to qualified students who do not meet direct entry English language requirements.
