Course Overview
This course provides students the theoretical knowledge and training in practical skis required to perform activities related to marine habitat conservation and restoration.
At his level, you will learn how to conduct fieldwork and monitoring, take part in marine environmental assessments, plan and present information about marine projects, problem-solve and examine case studies. Group activities and field trips enable you to apply decision, conduct small conservation and restoration projects, and share data and communicate information through basic reports. This course is focused on protecting our world and making positive impact in existing habitants in our local areas.
Qualification Outcomes
This course guides the student in the development of basic foundational, technical and communication skills required to undertake defined routine tasks in conservation work in a highly structured work environment.
