What will I learn?

The Bachelor of Animation (Honours) provides a fourth year of study for students who have completed a Bachelor of Animation (1179) or an equivalent undergraduate program. It is a full-time or part-time program that comprises a significant independent Animation research project to be completed under formal supervision. This project is driven by methodological and theoretical inquiry and complemented with an appropriate elective course. You may find work in 2D and 3D character animation and visual effects for film, television, computer games and interactive media companies. Use the expertise you refine in your Honours degree to design characters and environments for 2D and CGI/3D-animated projects, focus on scriptwriting, storyboarding and pre-visualisation, animation in 2D and 3D, illustration, graphic art, compositing, matte painting, and visual effects.
