What will I learn?

Construction management graduates work in a range of leadership roles in the industry. This includes project management,鈥痗ontract鈥痬anagement, quantity surveying, estimating,鈥痓uilding surveying, building certification, facilities鈥痬anagement, property development and鈥疻HS. Manage physical鈥痓uilding and鈥痠nfrastructure projects鈥痚ither onsite or from an office.Construction managers鈥痩ead鈥痑nd鈥痗oordinate鈥痙esign and construction processes. They liaise with鈥痗lients and鈥痗onsultants, and鈥痵elect, hire and supervise鈥痸arious contractors. Theyre also responsible for鈥痬anaging鈥痶he legal and financial aspects of the project.This program has a high level of professional recognition both in Australia and overseas. Our flexible delivery options allow you to study by distance or work in the industry while completing your degree. Engage only with practical assessments, rather than exams. Study part-time or full-time. Study on-campus, online or a combination of both.

Admission to our undergraduate degree programs usually requires successful completion of a senior secondary school qualification similar to the Higher School Certificate (HSC).

TOEFL paper-based test score of 500; TOEFL internet based score of 60; IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0; PTE GSE score of 50; Cambridge English: Advanced score of 52.
