What will I learn?

Our three-semester Degree Transfer Extended Engineering program is tailored to prepare you for your chosen undergraduate degree at the University of Newcastle. It provides a pathway into one of Australias best Engineering Schools. The University of Newcastle is a Group of Eight affiliative member for Engineering and is ranked top 100 in the world for both Civil and Structural Engineering. Automation and Control Engineering is also ranked 11th in the world.

Entry requirements vary from country to country.

Completion of an Australian Higher School Certificate with 40% average

English Requirement

  • IELTS - 5.5 overall (all bands 5.0 or above) or equivalent
  • iBT TOEFL - 50 overall (15 or above in Speaking and Writing)
  • PTE Academic 鈥� 46
  • KITE - Main flight score of 400, speaking and writing score min 400 each
  • HKDSE - Level 2
  • STPM - Literature (920) with a min score of D-, D, D+
