What will I learn?

The infrastructure sector in Australia is booming and digital engineering tools (such as BIM, IoT, AR and VR) are increasingly being used.

The Australian Federal and State governments are beginning to mandate the use of digital engineering strategies and systems, increasing the demand for skilled people to assist with this transition.

The Graduate Certificate in Digital Engineering (Infrastructure) is designed to equip professionals with a solid foundation to create, capture and integrate data in a digitised work environment. The course is closely aligned with industry and focused on real-life applications to meet an identified skills gap across architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), facilities management (FM), and up-skill those in the field to contribute to improving and transforming the sector.

Access the latest knowledge and practical tools in digital engineering. Be taught by a multidisciplinary team spanning geomatic engineering, civil engineering, construction and project management, architecture, mechanical engineering and industry experts.

Learning digital technologies and methods in design and construction will give you an edge among your peers as you add value through integrated design and project collaboration.

The course is highly flexible, with the option to study fully online or in mixed mode so you can easily study around work.
