A three-year undergraduate degree in Architecture with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% (or equivalent)
For students coming from a Property undergraduate degree:
A three-year undergraduate degree in Property or a related discipline (e.g. construction or business) with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% (or equivalent)
