What will I learn?

The Master of Building Surveying offers students the chance to increase their knowledge in the field of building surveying. Students will study with world-class academics and experienced practitioners. The program comprises two specialist subjects plus six shared core subjects. Completion of a further four postgraduate elective subjects will allow you to graduate with a Master of Building Surveying. Building surveyors are in high demand both locally and nationally The industry continues to grow as the need for infrastructure and construction heightens. By studying the Master of Building Surveying in Australia, graduates are equipped with the advanced knowledge of building legislation, technical codes, and construction standards, providing them the opportunity to work in the government or private sector.

Entry requirements

For international students

Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in a related field (building, civil/structural engineering or architecture)

OR Successful completion of a Bond University Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying.

English language proficiency requirements:

International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic Overall score 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0

Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT): Overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)

Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
