Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is an in-demand skill in the modern manufacturing industry. This two-semester Ontario College Graduate Certificate program prepares machinists and mechanical engineers to use CNC machining techniques through applied, hands-on learning. Through hands-on learning in a shop environment you will learn to use modelling, programming, and machining techniques to create industrial components using CNC machines. You will also explore manufacturing operations and practices to prepare you for leadership in the manufacturing industry.

Graduates will be able to look for employment in small to large manufacturing and support industries including automation, automotive manufacturing suppliers, food and beverage processing and packaging, pharmaceutical, textiles and more as machinists, CNC programmers, supervisors, or team leads with an enhanced applied perspective.
