What will I learn?

This exceptional dual degree programme is exclusively available at UCD Smurfit School, awarding an MSc in International Management and a Masters in International Management (MIM) from CEMS. This programme is targeted at graduates with a business/economics background, fluency in English and another language (plus a third language at a beginner level to be developed through the year), excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ambition to become international business managers and leaders.

This Master's programme is delivered at our dedicated Graduate Business School campus, UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, located in Blackrock, 4km from the main UCD Belfield Campus.

Entry requirements

For international students

A minimum second-class honours (Grade 1) degree (or equivalent) in Business/Economics or a related discipline.

Fluency in English and one other language. Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ languages.

TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition test: A minimum score of 100 is required in the Internet based TOEFL (iBT) with a score of at least 20 in each section. TOEFL "MyBestScore" is not accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM (IELTS): A minimum overall score of 7.0 over all components and a minimum of 6.0 in each band on the Academic Version. The non-academic version is not accepted.

TEST OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (TOEFL): A minimum score of 100 is required in the Internet based TOEFL (iBT) with a score of at least 20 in each section. TOEFL "MyBestScore" is not accepted.

CAMBRIDGE EXAMINATIONS: English language examinations administered by the University of Cambridge: 185+ on Cambridge English scale (with no less than 175 in each skill and use of English).

Acceptable Examinations: Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (grade B or higher) or Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (grade C or higher)
