This honours degree programme focuses on two major disciplines, namely, construction management and quantity surveying.
In response to the evolving industry demands ushered in by the IR4.0 and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) era, the 2023 new course structure has been designed to incorporate digitalization and sustainability elements to ensure our graduates remain at the forefront of their profession throughout their career.
Another significant highlight of this revised new course structure is the introduction of a specialization in Quantity Surveying, providing students the opportunity to channel their studies towards this specialized field within the built environment. This specialization not only aligns with the industry demands but also equips students with the specialized knowledge and skills necessary to excel in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying roles within the construction industry.
