What will I learn?

Sow the seeds for further study and cultivate a strong base of knowledge around natural resources, their management and importance.Lincoln Universitys Diploma in Natural Resources includes courses from the Bachelor of Environment and Society, Bachelor of Environmental Management, Bachelor of Environmental Policy and Planning, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management and the Bachelor of Tourism Management. This is a one-year, full-time flexible, broad-based study programme to create a firm grounding in the field of natural resources, with a view to further study or a possible career change.

Entry requirements

For international students

One of the following:

  • University Entrance through NCEA or an equivalent approved qualification.
  • International qualifications.
  • Special admission and other pathways.

English Language Requirements

  • IELTS academic score of 6.0 overall, with no individual component less than 5.5
  • TOEFL (iBT) overall score of 60 (with at least 18 in writing)
  • Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) and First (FCE) overall score of 169, with no individual component less than 162
  • Pearson Test of English (Academic) overall score of 50 with no communicative skills score less than 42
  • Lincoln University English Language LU EL 65%.
  • NZ Certificates in English Language (NZCEL) - Level 4 (Academic Endorsement)
