What will I learn?

If you have a postgraduate diploma, or credits for conversion, our top-up degree by blended learning offers the chance to gain a Master's in Healthcare Practice.

This Healthcare Practice MA is a top-up degree comprising two modules to develop your leadership skills, your academic rigour and your ability to link research to practice. You will build on your existing postgraduate award and increase your confidence in appraisal of literature. The course is ideal if you have a postgraduate diploma or 120 credits at Level 7 and wish to build on them for a Master's degree in Healthcare Practice.

Employers are seeking people with competent research skills to deliver evidence-based practice. You will develop these skills with an independent research-informed study, in which you devise and propose a project for change, undertake an audit or service evaluation or an extended literature review on a topic of your choice. With us, you will become an independent thinker who is knowledgeable about ethics and technologically confident in unfamiliar situations.
