COURSE OVERVIEW
This one-year top-up degree course allows students with prior learning experience to join the School of Digital Arts (SODA) as a final year undergraduate student on our Digital Arts degree.
The course, offering specialist routes in filmmaking, animation, photography, games art, games design and web and user experience design, will help you to think creatively and respond to global innovations in the digital arts. It will expand and enhance your critical and conceptual thinking, develop your creative approaches, and help you generate a deeper understanding of your own subject discipline as well as the wider global and creative professional digital arts sectors.

Graduate Outcomes are of central importance to all programmes in SODA and all our programmes are designed to provide students with the highest graduate prospects through the range of graduate activities both within their programmes of study and through associated external activities.
SODA鈥檚 courses embed employability directly within the curriculum through provision for engagement with industry partners to work on real world agendas. Our curriculum will support a range of career aspirations that include immersive experience designers, artists, visual interaction designers, creative technologists, extended reality designers, design strategists, user experience researchers, design managers, creative directors, brand managers and technology consultants.
