The International Year One in Law builds your subject knowledge, English skills and confidence so that you can make a strong start to your degree. When you complete the programme and achieve the required grades, you will enter the second year of a degree at Cardiff University.
Prepare to make your mark on the world
When you progress to LLB Law, you will study in the School of Law and Politics, a research-led School with a reputation for internationally excellent research. In your third year, you will have the opportunity to apply for a work placement and undertake legal practice. You will also be able to work pro-bono on real cases during your degree, supervised by qualified solicitors.
When you graduate from Cardiff University, you could choose from a range of careers across the public and private sector. Whether you want to become a human rights lawyer, a paralegal, or something else entirely, you will have the skills you need to succeed.
