What will I learn?

MSc Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to meet the needs of the cost management and quantity surveying sectors of the building and infrastructure industries. Entry requirements

For international students

A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree, or its non-UK equivalent, in a relevant or non-relevant subject provided that it includes evidence of essay writing and a personal statement demonstrating an interest in the subject. If your first language is not English, we'll need to see evidence of your English language ability. The minimum English language requirement for entry to this programme is IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) with no score lower than 5.5. TOEFL iBT with score of 90 including reading 21, listening 21, speaking 21 and writing 25.
