A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, in relevant subjects, such as; business and management, social psychology, and social sciences. Degrees and work experience in other fields are also considered if students have a strong motivation to pursue a career in people and management-related areas. IELTS: Overall score of 7.0 and a minimum of 6.5 in each component. TOEFL: Overall score of 96 with 24/30 in reading and writing and 22/30 in speaking and listening
