Physics is at the forefront of today鈥檚 scientific research. Physicists focus on automation, robotics, and electromechanical and electromagnetic systems. Students are provided with a broad foundation in physics in preparation for professional careers in both industry and government programs such as the Department of Defense and Department of Energy.
