A Bachelor of Arts (BA) in dance from Wichita State will give you a well-rounded dance education with a triple-emphasis on modern dance, ballet and jazz. You'll train like a professional and gain real-world experience in on-campus productions and throughout Kansas' center of arts and culture鈥攑reparing you for a successful performance career.
Curriculum
As a BA dance major, you'll take 78 credit hours within the dance program, including courses in acting, dance technique, academics/theory and more. You'll also choose from a number of dance electives, based on your interests and career goals.
