The master of arts is a non-terminal, preprofessional graduate degree, recognized by NASAD and CAA. Contact the Department of Art for the policies and procedures for the M.A. degree. Hold a baccalaureate degree granted by a regionally accredited institution (for international students, a degree granted by a recognized institution).
Have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.7 in all undergraduate course work; or have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in the last 60 credits of undergraduate course work; or have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in the applicant鈥檚 major field of study; or have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in all courses taken at the graduate level.
