The Master of Arts in Media Communication/Master of Business Administration program allows students to obtain both degrees in as little as two years of full-time course work.
This rigorous program is designed for highly motivated students who work or plan to work in business management and executive positions in advertising, broadcasting, integrated marketing communications, print/digital media, public relations or related industries.
Concentrations
Students in the program choose one of three M.A. concentrations, while the MBA courses provide the necessary business skills in areas such as finance, managerial methods, organizational management and strategic skills. To enter this program, prospective students must complete admissions applications and be accepted for both the MBA and the M.A. programs.
Public Relations and Advertising
This concentration is designed for students who plan to, or already work in, management and executive positions in the public relations, advertising, integrated marketing communications, or comprehensive marketing professions and industries.
Print/Digital Media
This concentration is designed for students who plan to, or already work in, management and executive positions at companies that publish newspapers, magazines and/or newsletters, whether on paper, online or both.
Broadcast/Digital Media
This concentration is designed for students who plan to, or already work in, management and executive positions at companies involved in broadcast, cable, satellite and/or online television; and/or broadcast, satellite and/or online radio.
MBA Courses
The MBA courses taken in this program will build your expertise in accounting, finance, global issues, legal aspects of business, organizational skills, marketing and economics.
Additional concentration credits can also be explored if you are looking to expand in the areas of businss analytics, health systems management, international business, management information systems or sports, arts and entertainment.

Applicants have completed a bachelor鈥檚 degree with a cumulative minimum GPA of 2.75.
TOEFL (79+ score) or IELTS (6.5+ score) results, with a test date of no more than two years.
