Criteria

In order to be considered, a student must:

  • Be enrolled in Conservatory of Music, MacEwan University;
  • Be registered in the Annual Spring Scholarship Competition;
  • Exhibit a high degree of musical excellence and/or musical promise as adjudicated at the Annual Spring Scholarship Competition (usually held in April); and
  • Be a high school aged student.

Students are shortlisted based on their

  • Music excellence

Selection criteria

Recipient of the award will be chosen by a selection committee of jurors or adjudicators at the Annual Spring Scholarship Competition.
