Current and prospective graduate students who will be registered full-time in a Master's or Doctoral program who are conducting research under the leadership and supervision of a Waterloo faculty member within the identified Energy Policy Research Topic(s) as identified in collaboration with ECC and WISE.

The Selection Committee will be comprised of the Executive Director of WISE or their designate and a minimum of three faculty members who are members of WISE and who represent three different Faculties; WISE will invite ECC to appoint a representative to participate on the Selection Committee for comment only.
