Other eligibility requirements

In order to be considered, a student must:

  • Be enrolled in the Alberta College Conservatory of Music, MacEwan University.
  • Be registered in the Fall Music Festival Competition.
  • Exhibit a high degree of musical excellence and/or musical promise as adjudicated at the Fall Music Festival Competition (usually held in November).
  • Age category, musical discipline or style of music may be used as criteria.

Students are shortlisted based on their

  • Academic excellence
  • Music excellence

Selection criteria
