The University of Strathclyde has launched a new programme - MSc Sustainability - which aims to produce graduates who will go on to become global leaders in the sustainability world.
Strathclyde’s new programme draws on the sustainability expertise from all four faculties – Business, Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences, and Science - in the University and offers a unique opportunity to work in interdisciplinary groups with people from all over the world. Students can choose a specialism to focus in on a specific learning interest, ensuring the programme caters to an individual’s needs and career pathways.
To celebrate the launch of this new programme, we are delighted to offer up to 4 scholarships of £2000 to students who hold an offer of a place on our MSc Sustainability programme.
Candidates must be self-funded (ie. not in receipt of funding from any other scholarships, employer sponsorship, ets.) and already hold an offer of a place on our MSc Sustainability.
You will be automatically considered for scholarship eligibility when you apply for the relevant course at this institution
All candidates holding an offer of a place will be automatically considered, therefore no separate scholarship application is required.
Scholarship awardees will also be expected to engage with a variety of activities during their course of study, including:
Monitoring and contributing to future applicant forums and responding with information regarding the relevant course
Taking an active role in either the social committee or class rep committee
Volunteering as an admissions contact for prospective students
Assisting the school in the development and management of events
Retaining alumni communication post MSc completion
