St George鈥檚, University of London offers a number of scholarships for outstanding students wishing to study a postgraduate course at the UK鈥檚 specialist health university. We are dedicated to transforming people鈥檚 lives in the UK and around the world.

To be eligible for a scholarship you must: 

  • Have made an application for a postgraduate Master鈥檚 course, either full-time or part-time study, by the deadlines stated above 
  • Not already be qualified at a Master鈥檚 level or above (e.g. PhD) 
  • Be self-funding your course fees or in receipt of a tuition fee loan (courses funded by the NHS or students receiving employer or sponsor funding are not eligible)
  • Have, or be predicted, a 2:1 or above or international equivalent

Application process

You will be automatically considered for scholarship eligibility when you apply for the relevant course at this institution

Application requirements

    There is no separate application process to apply. If you are a Home or International applicant applying for a taught postgraduate Master鈥檚 course which has a scholarship, you will be automatically considered for the scholarship, provided you submit your course application by the deadline below. 

    You must ensure your course application is completed and submitted by the deadline in order to be considered. This means your application must contain all relevant supporting documentation required by the programme applied to, such as your references contact detail, transcripts, and English language test results. 

    Your referees will be contacted at the point of submission, so we encourage you to apply before the deadline in order for us to obtain your references in time. Alternatively, you will need to request for your referees to complete their reference for you on the same day as you submit your application. 

    If you haven't heard about your scholarship application by 1 July 2025 then unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful. Overseas fee payers - 2 March 2025, Home fee payers - 1 June 2025.
