LSBU Active Scholarship Programme is an exceptional opportunity for talented students to achieve their full potential.
Financial Support: Sports scholars can receive up to 拢1500 financial support per annum, as well as assistance in competition travel and entry.
Sports Science Support: Eligible for an amount of free sports science support in the Human Performance Centre (HPC) at LSBU. HPC offers support in sports physiology, sports biomechanics, sports psychology, sports nutrition and strength and conditioning.
Personal Development Officer and Academic Support: Access to a development officer, who acts as a link between the athlete, academic division, and University Authorities.
They will support you and help you balance your commitments. Academic support is also available in the form of funding resources such as textbooks or IT equipment.
Free Sports Therapy Massage
Free Access to Sports Talks & Workshops: LSBU Active runs a series of coaching and training workshops. All scholars will have access to these sessions for free.
Free LSBU Active Wear: Sports Scholars are entitled to free Sports Scholarship Programme leisurewear.
International Travel Opportunities: Opportunities to enter competitions abroad, part funded as part of your scholarship.
