Misleading online students
The course advertise tutor support, but i received now, when i ask my tutor about it, she is more than happy to tell me withdrawal fees is 200 with form attached, i email the principle and she told me tutor support is not available for online student, but if you read the material they advertise, it is really misleading, and i withdrawn from the course and the principle has agreed not to charge the 200 withdrawal fees, however it has been almost a year and every now and then ACCCO kept sending invoices, i seriously felt they just want to make money rather than providing education for student
