The CIA staff are amazing..

I love that the students here talk about food, make food, eat food, think about food, and watch food TV. Its a common passion. Also, the campus is absolutely immaculate, and the staff is amazing. Their credibility, industry experience, and knowledge are exceptional. I also love how well the CIA suits me.

I wanted to be a great chef, so I came to the CIA

I took my first cooking class at the CIA when I was seven years old. I remember saying that I would attend the CIA one day. Since then, I have devoted myself to making my dream a reality. If you want to be a great lawyer you go to Harvard Law School. I wanted to be a great chef, so I came to the CIA

I love the staff at the CIA

I love the staff at the CIA. Each department does everything they can to help you reach your goals. The chefs are tough, but they want to prepare you for the road ahead and the realities of the industry. They are the best in the business and provide you with the skills and the knowledge necessary to become successful. They are also a great resource for networking, which is essential in this industry.

The CIA is simply the best

The CIA is simply the best. I wanted nothing less than the best. The level of professionalism, as well as the expertise and knowledge my instructors have of the industry, is outstanding. Everyone here is working toward the same goal and is passionate about the same things. I looked into other schools, but none had the reputation, prestige, and excellence as the CIA.

CIA is incomparable

I chose the CIA because of its reputation and culinary program and the curriculum is incomparable to other culinary schools. Plus, most of the successful chefs in the industry have trained at this school.

CIA is my steppin stone..

Come to the CIA with a passion for food. Come to the CIA to learn about food in a way that you have never imagined. And come to the CIA with an open mind. You will meet tons of new people and become part of a much larger successful network throughout the industry. The CIA will be the stepping stone for whichever career path you choose.

CIA builds your reputation

The CIA has an established reputation of excellence and this industry is all about reputation. As you build your own good name through the program and in the industry, the CIA family of alumni is a vast network of support and opportunity.

I always knew that the CIA was the best

I always knew that the CIA was the best. I told my parents, when I announced my decision to come here, that if I was really going to succeed and make it in this industry, I had to do everything in my power to give myself the best chance. So I chose the best school, to give myself the best chance at a becoming an outstanding food writer.
