A Bigger World
As we grow older, our world expands. When you go to universities, you'd realized that you are just one step away from the real world, where you are expected to actually contribute something to the world. You've got to be sure that you've chosen the right course, something you are really passionate about. That 'something' will become the core of all the hard labours you'll go through in the future. Studying in Marangoni is not easy and definitely not laid back. It's actually easier to get into the school rather than surviving in and graduating from the school. I'm in my second term of my first year and I almost have no time to go out on the weekends. Sleeping is overated. But what can I say? The school is preparing us for the actual fashion world where there are never ending deadlines and everything is fast paced. In Marangoni, you can never guess how well you've done until they give you your grades at the end of the term; they care about the process and how you are developing. You got to do your best every step of the way, because this is what I realized: getting into one of the best fashion schools in the world is not enough because there is a growing number of students who want to get into the already crowded fashion world. Only the best ones get in and even fewer succeed.
