I'm Ndayikunda Josue, a Rwandan by nationality and of course i live in Rwanda. I was tremendously interested by this university and this stimulated my anxiety to ask you how i can get a chance to study from The university of Sydney. 

Actually, I am a student at the University of Rwanda and I am graduating in November 2019. I want to proceed with masters degree in your campus if you allow me. 

Unfortunately, i can not afford to pay the tuition fee for myself, that is why i humbly request a scholarship. 

Simply, that was all bout my concern and I am patiently waiting your comment in your convenient time. Thank you!
