What will I learn?

This Master's in Construction Management and Economics was developed in response to a growing demand for capable and creative professionals from the construction and property industries. We therefore prioritise strategic thinking and the skills needed to respond to volatile economic conditions. On this course, you will learn the theory and application of economics, finance and management in the context of large-scale construction projects. Our modules include construction economics, construction project management, development economics and planning, and real estate development and investment.

Entry requirements

For international students

You should have an honours degree 2:2 or above or an equivalent qualification in a built environment discipline, such as civil engineering, construction, surveying or architecture. We will consider undergraduate degrees in other disciplines on an individual basis. IELTS 6.5 overall with minimum 5.5 in each skill
