Immerse yourself in your creative practice and develop the adaptable critical skills necessary to become an agile and versatile creative with a sustainable career in the arts sector. Get amongst the next generation of dynamic practising creatives when you major in dance, photography, theatre, visual arts or writing.Along with your major, you will personalise your degree with minors in complementary study areas, like scriptwriting, 2D and 3D practices, theatre production, Indigenous studies and more. Each day you will delve into new creative mediums and experiment in areas that develop your interests and unique talents.

Current Year 12 students (2024)*

Year 12 graduates (2023 and 2022)*

* Includes Victorian, interstate, International Baccalaureate (IB) and New Zealand school leavers.

To be considered for an undergraduate course, you need to meet Deakins entry and course-specific requirements, as well as the English language minimum prerequisites.

Non-Year 12 applicants with:

higher education study

Vocational Education and Training (VET) study

work and life experience Or

completed Year 12 in 2021 or earlier.

Completion of one of the following:

2 credit points in an AQF Level 7 bachelor degree

certificate IV or higher in a related discipline

a diploma or higher in any discipline

at least 50% completion of a diploma or higher in a related discipline relevant work and life experience.

English Language Requirements:

IELTS: Overall 6 No band less than 6

TOEFL IBT: 69 Writing 21

TOEFL PBT: 550 Writing 4.5

C1 ADVANCED and C2 PROFICIENCY: 169 No band less than 169

PTE: 50 No less than 50 in each skill

OET: Overall C

DUELI EAP PROGRAM: EAP 3 (60%)
