What will I learn?

Exclusive to high-achieving students with an ATAR (or equivalent) of 98, the Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Dalyell Scholars) program is an opportunity to challenge yourself Â鶹ԭ´´ your most promising and talented peers. The Dalyell Scholars program allows you to collaborate and network with like-minded world influencers. In your first year, you'll gain essential knowledge in the fundamental sciences with broad subjects, including mathematics, and the option to choose units outside of the sciences. In second and third years you'll specialise in your chosen program with the option to take subjects from across the University. Throughout the four years of the Bachelor of Advanced Studies you'll complete a second major and get involved in cross-disciplinary, community, professional, research or entrepreneurial project work. Throughout your degree you will also undertake exclusive Dalyell units of study that cover research showcases and methods and give you an opportunity to mentor.

Entry requirements

For international students

A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents) with an ATAR of 98 or equivalent, or the first year of full-time study in a bachelor's degree with an average mark of 80 or equivalent.

IELTS score: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band

TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing

Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
